California Department of Water Resources is committing $700,000 towards a study regarding the decommissioning of Scott Dam.  We all hope that what comes from this is movement towards keeping a form of the diversion to help feed the Potter Valley Irrigation District, the Russian River, Lake Mendocino, etc...
