Here we are, early March, and some homes are starting to trickle on the market. However, with interest rates hovering close to at 7% still, the activity of buyers is not as robust as I would have expected at this time of year.
The weather has been a healthy winter so far, which has meant a lot of rain! And "bad" weather tends to dampen the desire to shop in person, so we are now looking to mid to late March before we expect it to start heating up and becoming a more typical spring/summer real estate market here!
