They have an encyclopedic knowledge of real estate laws in Mendocino County, as well as deep experience in the area. They were always willing to show me a property around my busy work schedule, and were tirelessly cheerful and upbeat. You won’t find better agents anywhere.

They did a ton of research for me, showed me homes that were exactly what I wanted, and had a huge amount of knowledge about Mendocino and Sonoma county, from building regulations to home construction to water/fire/earthquake issues. What was most impressive however was after I placed an offer on the house I ended up buying. They knew exactly which inspectors to bring in, found me contractors do fix some minor issues we found, and were totally on top of all the escrow, disclosures, and other paperwork. They made sure I knew exactly what I was buying and then made sure that the sale went through. I would totally, absolutely recommend working with them. They are amazing realtors.
