Update of Interest Rates

Interest rates have been coming down, but the Feds have yet to make their rate reduction.  Meanwhile, the majority of owners have existing mortgages with interest rates that are under 6%, so the buyer demand has not been growing... yet.  Let's see what happens in September, and whether the rates come down enough to encourage more buyers to finally want to move forward and purchase...
